Returns & Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, please contact hello@nevoqen.com with your order number and reason for the request. A receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) may be required.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process through financial institutions. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at hello@nevoqen.com, and we will assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@nevoqen.com within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted. We rely on carrier tracking and delivery confirmation when reviewing claims.
